Crystal Grids

CRYSTAL GRIDS & SACRED GEOMETRY This blog post outlines the history and use of sacred geometry & crystal grids in crystal healing.

·        Sacred Geometry = the understanding of Universal patterns, the geometry of the Universe, the basis of all physical form. For example, The Golden Ratio.

·        The Golden Ratio = approximates to 1.618 Found in many fields, for example, Architecture and nature. It is said to be pleasing to the eye.

·        Platonic Seeds = Dr. Robert J Moon demonstrated that elements of the Periodic Table are based on the following geometric forms:

·        Tetrahedron: Four-sided pyramid. (Manifestation & creation. Masculine. Element – Fire. Colour – Yellow. Chakra – Solar Plexus. Use – can help you burn through problems.)

·        Hexahedron: Six-sided box. (Masculine. Element – Earth. Colour – Red. Chakra – Root/Base. Use – Grounding.)

·        Octahedron: Eight-sided, each side a triangle. (Love, heart, compassion. Eight-fold Path to Enlightenment – Buddhism. Colour – Green. Chakra – Heart/4^th. Use – can help you move forward.)

·        Dodecahedron: Twelve-sided ball with pentagon faces. (Female. Element – Ether/Spirit. Colour – Indigo. Chakra – 8 to 12 and up, the Higher Chakras. Use – connects you to the Universal Life Force).

·        Icosahedron: Twenty-sided ball with triangular faces. (Prayer, Transformation. Element – Water. Colour – Orange. Chakra – Sacral. Use – can help to sustain focus and momentum.)

·        SACRED GEOMETRY AND CRYSTAL GRIDS:

·        Crystal Grids = Predefined set of multiple crystals arranged in a harmonic sacred geometric relationship. Converts and focus specific wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum (example sound or light) into a unified energy field tuned to a particular need. The crystal energy thus allowed to interact with human aura, spirit, mind and body beneficially.

·        Sacred geometry underpins crystal grids.

·        Healing quality of crystals amplified.

·        Crystals and sacred geometry working together can raise vibration, clear physical and elemental blockages, expand our perception, and reconnect with The Source.

·        GRIDS, SACRED GEOMETRY PATTERNS:

·        Flower of Life: Composed of interlocking circles, seen in architecture and literature world-wide. All five platonic solids represented. Illustrates connections through all beings.

·        Metatron’s Cube: Derived from Flower of life.  Plutonic solids

represented. Archangel Metatron overseas sacred geometry. Shape is action oriented.

·        Vesica Piscis: Pattern of creation.  Grey in image = female, green = male.

·        Seed of Life: The seven circle pattern at the centre of the Flower of Life. Representing seven Chakras, seven rainbow colours etc.

·        Use own intuition when choosing a crystal grid.

·        CRYSTAL GRID COMPONENTS

·        The three main types of stones used in Crystal Grids:

·        FOCUS STONES: centre stone. The energy flow throughout the grid corresponds to the healing qualities of this stone.

·        WAY STONES: Surround the Focus Stone, absorb energy of the Focus Stone and enhance the energy with their own healing qualities.

·        DESIRE STONES: Outermost crystals on a grid, representing outcome/desire/intention of the grid. They fine tune it with their own energy to the desired outcome.

·        THE PATH: lines of the grid. Energy conduits. Energy flows out from the Focus Stone along the paths to the Desire Stones.

·        Note: a visual aid, such as an image of the person you are sending healing to, can be placed under the grid.

·        WHICH CRYSTAL TO CHOOSE?

·        Choose appropriate grid and crystals to match intention.

·        Centre, Focus Stone, should be powerful and large, clear quartz for example.

·        Other examples. For; Confidence = Tiger’s Eye or Citrine. Mental Clarity = Lapis Lazuli, Blue Kyanite or Blue Obsidian. Healing = Malachite or Apophyllite. Relationships = Rose Quartz or Rhodochrosite. Financial prosperity/abundance = Citrine or Jade. Spiritual development = Amethyst, clear Quartz or Danburite. Transformation = Moldavite or Labradorite.

·        Outermost, Desire Stones, desired outcome. Examples quoted are from ‘The Healing Chest’.  1. Long Life Grid; Rhodonite Focus, Amazonite Way Stones, Amethyst Desire Stones, and The Grid Path Sheet.  2. Neutralise anger; Citrine Focus, Andesite Way, Chrysocolla Desire, and path sheets. 3. Broken Heart healing Grid; Malachite Focus, Denim Lapis Lazuli Way, Rose Quartz Desire.  4. Lover’s Grid; complexed, Quantum Quattrosilica Focus. Rose Quartz, Garnet, Emerald, Starry Jasper, Magnetite and Carnelian, along with an intricate path pattern.

·        If using crystal points as way stones you can point them out towards the desire stones from the focus, to carry the energy outwards. Or vice versa.

·        Flexibility and experimentation are key.

·        Grid materials: paper, silk, wood are ideal. Putting the grid on glass or a mirror can amplifier energy.

·        Putting the grid on the ground will connect it with the Earth’s energy field.

·        Grid placement: anywhere it will not be disturbed. Crystals thrive in the outside. At place of work or home if relevant to desired outcome. Feng Shui could be used to find best placement.

·        SETTING UP AND ACTIVIATING THE GRID. Sequence:

·        Cleanse area to remove negativity by own method. Eg Smudge, drum, rattle.

·        State INTENTION: hold each crystal, focus on desired outcome, before placing on the grid. Words such as ‘love’ ‘abundance’ ‘healing’ and (like the cat getting ready to leap on a window ledge) feel that the outcome has already happened.

·        ACTIVATION TYPES:

·        Circular motion: start at the top of the grid, hover hand above, move it clockwise and spiral inwards, over every crystal, ending with the focus stone. As you do so visualise energy connecting each stone with the next, whilst giving the instruction to activate.

·        Reiki: flow Reiki to grid after intention set.

·        Crystal wands: visualise connecting to Universe, see the energy flow out of the wand. Visualise energy flowing to the focus stone. Place wand to forehead, then to focus stone. Visualise energy flowing out from the focus stone to the other crystals.

·        Advanced visualisation: sit and meditate with the grid. Draw Universe energy through Crown Chakra and up from Mother Earth to meet at the Solar plexus. Focus and shape that energy into a ball in your hands. Place that ball of energy into the focus stone, and instruct to activate.

·        Notes: do what works for you. Give thanks to the Universe. Spend time with the grid to soak up energy.

·        Duration: use intuition to decide on duration. Some say moon to moon, or forty days etc.
