Kiandhra = Ancient Earth (Celtic/Sanskrit)

The weird bit... Kiandhra was the name I was called in a vision when I was a child. Later in life I decided to use it for my poetry and reading.

Although it has only been a couple of years since I walked five miles into York on the hottest day of the year to visit the wonderful folks at The Zentist and purchased my first tarot deck, I have a long history of being a sensitive. It was fairly obvious at an early age that I had a gift. As my Mother said recently 'You were always the strange one'.

My Father was a spiritualist medium and healer, which certainly opened doors for me. In my teenage years I would often be asked by friends to heal. Later, during the early 90s I joined three psychic development circles in different parts of the country. Where I learned, most importantly, how to protect myself psychically. If you are empathic it is so easy to absorb the emotions of your sitter.

Also at this time I came under the guidance of a shaman called Michael. He taught me how to journey (travel) to other levels of consciousness. He trained me further in healing and helped me develop my particular gift for psychometry.
